Acceptance
By downloading or using Tiny Habits, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
Tiny Habits is a personal productivity app for tracking daily habits. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Intellectual Property
Tiny Habits and all associated content, design, and code are owned by Qubic Ventures. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or other brand elements.
Your Data
All data you create in the app belongs to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, your data is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qubic Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any loss of data.
Apple
These terms are between you and Qubic Ventures only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for Tiny Habits or its content, and has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
